Colocation means housing your own servers and networking hardware in a professional data centre rather than running them in your office or a server cupboard. You keep full ownership and control of your equipment; we provide the power, cooling, physical security, internet connectivity and rack space to keep it running. Most customers either ship their kit to us to be racked by our engineers, or drop it off in person and we’ll rack, cable and power it up the same day.

Our colocation pricing starts from £25/month for single-U server colocation, scaling through quarter rack (9U), half rack (20U) and full rack (42U) options, with A+B power feeds, IPv4/IPv6 addressing and network uplink included as standard. Because we own our Peterborough facility outright, our pricing is typically lower than London-based providers, without compromising on power resilience or network quality.

Our Peterborough data centre sits just off the A1(M), giving fast road access from London, the Midlands, East Anglia and the North – typically 45 minutes to an hour from most of the UK. Space, power and colocation pricing outside London are significantly lower, while our own AS48070 network and direct peering at LINX and LONAP mean your connectivity performance is no different to a London facility. For most UK businesses, that combination of lower cost, easy access and strong connectivity makes more sense than paying a London premium.

Our data centre is ISO/IEC 27001 certified for information security management and Cyber Essentials Plus certified, with access to the building strictly controlled, logged and available by appointment only. Inside, your equipment sits in a dedicated, lockable private rack or cage, separated from other customers, with CCTV monitoring and secure storage lockers available for spares and media. Every rack is protected by N+N UPS and on-site diesel generation with A+B redundant power feeds, backed by a 100% uptime SLA. Should mains power fail, our UPS systems take over instantly and generators start automatically, with fuel contracts in place to keep the site running during extended outages.
