Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and, where applicable, the hosting, colocation, dedicated server, cloud and connectivity services (“Services”) provided by MyHostingSpace (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or ordering our Services you agree to these terms.
Our services
MyHostingSpace provides UK-based hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, cloud infrastructure and network connectivity, delivered from our own data centre. Specific pricing, service levels and technical specifications for each Service are set out on the relevant product page or in your service order/agreement with us.
Orders and accounts
When you order a Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to send unsolicited bulk communications, or in any way that disrupts or compromises the security or performance of our network or other customers’ services.
Payment and billing
Fees for our Services are billed in accordance with the pricing and billing cycle agreed at the time of order. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services, in accordance with our billing terms.
Service availability
We work hard to keep our Services available and performant, and any specific uptime commitments will be set out in your service agreement or SLA. Except as expressly stated, Services are provided on an “as is” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHostingSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or Services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a Service in accordance with the notice periods set out in the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately in cases of a breach of these terms or acceptable use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
